Bus service for the 2024 Dec 7th Campbell River Shiai.
The IJPA is pleased to be able provide the financial support to keep the trip below cost for participants - $40 per athlete, 25$ per parent or coach.
Specific chaperones will be assigned for all athletes regardless of age. VRTC Head Coach Jeremy Grant will supervise the entire group. All coaches and chaperones will have had criminal crecord checks and safe sport. The detailed itinerary will be confirmed and distributed the week prior to the tournament and club meetings held to answer any questions.
Athletes under the age of 12 will be kept in groups with an appointed chaperone at all times. The team will stay at the tournament site from arrival until departure. Older athletes may be permitted to go to nearby ammenities in groups.
