All athletes are responsible for their own registration for the tournament.

The bus pickup points will be as follows;
- Plaza at Polo Park in front of PF Changs restaurant
- Husky/Esso in Headingly
- Portage pickup point - the Shell station just before the bypass (East side of Portage)
- Tim Hortons in Brandon
