*** Port Coquitlam Judo Club: Summer 2026 Session -Judo Fundamentals & Kata Practices ***

The Port Coquitlam Judo Club would like to welcome you to our weekly summer session Judo Fundamentals & Kata practices for the Summer 2026 judo season.

Open to judokas ages 11 and up, these sessions offer a valuable opportunity to sharpen your technical skills, enhance your understanding of judo fundamentals, explore all sets of Nage-No-Kata, and prepare for grading or upcoming kata competitions.

Time permitting, and depending on the class size and specific requests, we may split the class to allow for technical refinements of general Judo Gokyo techniques.

Key Information
Focus: Practicing and learning kata for personal development, grading, and competition. All belts and ages (11+) are welcome to attend.

Kata Studied: All 5 sets of Nage-no-kata will be covered over the course of the entire summer session. We encourage attendees to work together and plan ahead for upcoming competitions and grading.
