RELEASE, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY REGISTRATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration of your acceptance of this entry by our Kata team to the above event
hosted by Moose Jaw Koseikan Judo Club, we do hereby release and
discharge the Saskatchewan Kodokan Black Belt Association (“Judo
Saskatchewan”), the City of Moose Jaw,, Vanier Collegiate, the Moose Jaw
Koseikan Judo Club and the officers, directors, employees, volunteers
and any and all representatives of each organization from any and all
claims or demands, losses, or injuries incurred or sustained by us (or
parents/guardians if contestant is less than 18 yrs) as a result of
attending, competing in, practising for or travelling to or from the
event held in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan on April 5-6, 2025.
